Planned Community Management:

• Operate and maintain the community consistent with Homeowners/Condominiums Governing Documents.
• Community Website with online bill pay and ACH direct withdrawal
• Arrange and attend board meetings (Providing copies of any and all correspondence, letters, contracts and delinquency lists)
• Property inspection, preparation of violation letters, enforcement of fines and delinquency processing.
• Manage accounts payable and operating expenses.
• Perform all monthly billing (Statements, collection, enforcement of delinquency processing)
• Submit financial reports to board members.
• Specifications for vendor contracts and other services required by the association.
• Handle any and all disputes with all vendors.
• Engage and coordinate the efforts of professional services.
• Off hours answering services.
• Separate bank accounts to be established for operating and Capital improvement funds.
• Servicing Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware County, PA
