Our stringent approval guidelines for applicants ensure a greater probability of quality tenants. We do checks such as, credit, criminal, sex offender, evictions, liens, judgments and social security verifications.
Repairs & Maintenance:
Our clients enjoy the financial stability of having fully occupied units. However, sometimes minor or sever damage could emerge. With our sub-contracting staff on hand, we are able to take care of these situations in a timely manner to keep the buildings NOI in good standing!
Owner Logins:
Owners can view real time statements showing collection of rents, paid bills and upcoming maintenance orders. You can also check on the status of your maintenance orders, pay bills, and contact management. We will supply the copy of the lease and your management agreement online for your access 24 hours a day!
Rent Collections:
We have many resources at our disposal to ensure that we use effective yet appropriate means to having rent checks on time to insure your investment.
Online Payments:
With our advanced management software we can offer tenant logins to make payments and recurring payments (ACH DEBIT) Tenants can also use this site for the request of repairs and keep constant management and tenant communication.
